Since we ship our high-quality clothing from India to the USA, we have established the following policy to ensure a smooth experience for our international customers, in full compliance with PayPal’s Merchant Guidelines.

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at [Insert Your Email Address Here]. Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damaged or Wrong Items (Significantly Not as Described)

If you receive a damaged, defective, or the wrong item, please contact us immediately. In accordance with PayPal’s Buyer Protection:

  • We will provide a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost to you.

  • Please provide photos of the damaged item or the incorrect product for our records.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • For Defective/Wrong Items: Frado Fashion will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For Change of Mind/Size Issues: If you wish to return an item because of a change of mind or sizing preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our designated facility.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original PayPal account within 5-7 business days.

  • PayPal Fees: Please note that according to PayPal’s policy, the original transaction fees are non-refundable.

6. Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. If the order has already been shipped from India, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.
